Returns

Can I return a book or exchange it for another?

Due to the nature of the product and its personalization (author's dedication), all purchases are final, and refunds or returns are not accepted.

What if I receive my book in poor condition?

If you received a damaged book, we could send you a replacement of the same title, format, and with the same dedication at no additional cost.

 

To do so, please send an email to the following addresses: sarraiz@bproconsulting.com and willcanduri@gmail.com within 10 calendar days after the purchase is made. Additionally, you must include at least five photos clearly showing the details of the damaged product and the condition of the packaging. If these conditions are not met exactly as requested, we will not be able to replace the product.
